Catrice Cosmetics announces official brand integration with one of South Africa’s most popular TV shows, Generations on SABC 1.

As SABC 1’s flagship programme and one of South Africa’s biggest and most-popular TV shows, Generations is the longest running locally produced show with a viewership of over 2.7 million. It shows the aspirations of African people as they take charge of their destiny. The backdrop of Generations is the advertising industry, with a storyline that celebrates the dreams and aspirations of South Africans.
Catrice Cosmetics’ integration into Generations will cover 13 episodes, commencing on 17 October 2024 at 20:00pm and will come to an end on 1 November 2024 at 20:00pm. The Catrice episode integrations on Generations will include Ezweni, the advertising agency featured in the TV show, aiming to secure Catrice as a client. The story line progresses with Ezweni assisting Catrice with the launch of its new Catrice Invisible Cover Foundation.
A diverse and inclusive brand
Catrice’s Brand Ambassador, Denise Zimba, who previously starred in Generations, was written back into the show as a Catrice representative for the duration of the Catrice integration in the show.
