A beautiful and dynamic team

The personal care and pharma team at CJP Chemicals is made up of a brilliant group of empowered, strong and confident women who all bring a unique skill set to the team.

Natalie MacGregor, CJP Chemicals divisional manager: pharmaceutical and personal care, comments: “We learn from each other every day, and I always try to ensure they know they are more than a designation, title, or label of account manager, mom, partner or wife. Every woman in our team is beautiful, strong, independent and has the magic within her to light the world on fire.”

Empowering women to be financially independent

To commemorate national Women’s Month, CJP Chemicals has partnered with Momentum empower its female employees to take control of their finances. Getting educated about money and the importance of saving and spending wisely gives women the confidence to make their own financial decisions and helps them gain financial independence.

We asked Natalie what advice she would you give to her 20-year-old-self?

“Try by all means to be self-sufficient, own your independence, live your life fully and be confident in your abilities. Learn more about investment options, always have options. Don’t be too trusting, not everyone wishes you well. Trust your intuition – it is the most powerful skillset you possess. Have true friends to keep you sane, travel as much as you can to gain a different perspective in life, and most importantly – love yourself more,” she comments.
