The tin, consisting of 95% recycled aluminium, aligns with Beiersdorf’s Climate Care strategy and its Net Zero 2045 ambition.5 This innovation reflects the company’s commitment to combining performance with purpose under its ‘Win with Care’ strategy.

Rigorous consumer testing

Developed over six years, the new cream underwent rigorous testing with over 2 100 prototypes and feedback from more than 10 000 consumers. The goal was to replicate the sensory experience of the original NIVEA Creme while introducing a more sustainable option.

A century-old icon

The original NIVEA Creme, a global skincare icon for over a century, continues to be a favourite worldwide, with four tins sold every second in 2024. The introduction of NIVEA Creme Natural Touch represents a significant step in meeting modern consumer needs without compromising on the brand’s trusted quality.

NIVEA Creme Natural Touch is a testament to Beiersdorf’s dedication to innovation and sustainability. By offering a vegan, eco-friendly alternative, the brand ensures it remains relevant in an evolving market while staying true to its heritage.
